Hi, Although I agree in full with many truths, of the Brooks group, I tend to see Truth 51, with the four areas to focus being:-
-self
-company
-product
-customer
as number 4 the customer being my focal point. Target is, to be as One, emphatic in style, and complete with the clients pulse and heartbeat, only then I can focus on the rest, that is self, company and product. In conclusion my own self focus is mirrored resrospectively from within the clients wavelenght, thus with focus complete on the customer, my own self accomplishment with regards the company and products stands for example 40% chance of continuing the sales process and closing the deal!
