Excellent post – good tool too.
The question you’ve got to ask youself too is how much income do you need to generate each hour to achieve your sales target.
Too many people focus on “activity” that is actually below the hourly rate that they are getting paid!
Paperwork, dead end proposals, emails, meaningless tittle tattle etc
And when you see how much you need to be bringing in each hour so you hit your target then it sure focuses your mind
